Delete your VVDesk account

VVDesk is made by VVOffice (VVOFFICE DOOEL, Tetovo). You can delete your account here, or in the app: Me › Delete account on a phone, Settings › Account & plan › Delete account on a Mac.

What is deleted

• Your name, email and password for VVDesk, and every place you are signed in.
• Your session records, your place in teams and the invites to your email.
• A team you own alone: its name, company and VAT number.

What is kept

• Payments, invoices and subscription records, for as long as tax law requires.
• A hash of the PC's hardware IDs from a free trial, so the same PC does not get a second trial. It does not identify you.
• If you also sign in to VVOffice with this email, that sign-in stays; only the VVDesk data goes.

If you own a team with other people, remove them in Team first. If your plan still renews by card, cancel it first: Your subscription › Cancel subscription, in the app or on your account page. This page tells you if either applies.
